I'm having trouble getting my PC game to play

Double check the Minimum System Requirements on the box and match them with your set up at home. If you match or exceed the Minimum Requirements, make sure that you have downloaded all the latest drivers for your system.

To check if you meet minimum system requirements right click on the MY COMPUTER Icon then select Properties.

To download the latest drivers for your computer find the maker of your video card, for instance Nvidia, and then go to their website. They will generally have a Download section where you can search for the latest drivers for your video card, sound device, etc. If you have any problems locating drivers for your hardware you may need to contact the manufacturer.
