Game runs, but it is sluggish, choppy, and hard to control

Go into the video settings and see if you can lower the texture detail and other visual parameters to their lowest settings and try again. If you already have everything set to the lowest settings, you may not have enough RAM or your Video Card may be below the requirements. You may also want to check out the game's website for any patches that may have been released for your game.
