Game keeps crashing/locking up

Platforms: PlayStation®2, PlayStation®3, Wii™, XBOX 360®

Take the game out and check the bottom surface for any dirt, heavy fingerprint smudges, or scratches. Dirty and scratched disks prevent the laser in the system from reading the information on your game. If your disk is simply dirty there are a number of disk cleaning devices on the market you can use. There are also some scratch removal devices on the market, but use at your own risk. To best avoid these situations:

• Only handle your game disk by the edges; do not hold it like a Frisbee where your fingers touch the bottom surface.
• When not playing your game, or when switching from one game to another, always put the game not being played back in its protective case.

If the game crashes in the same place every time, and there is no evident dirt/smudges/scratches on the disk, please contact customersupport@southpeakgames.com and provide details on the problem that is occurring.
